My order from defensedepot.com showed up with the wrong stuff in the box. I reached out to support expecting it to get sorted out quickly, but it dragged on and I never really got a proper follow-up. Frustrating when all I wanted was what I actually paid for.

I got my refund in the end and there wasn’t really any hassle. It just took a bit longer than I expected, if that makes sense, but overall it was fine.
